Hi folk's, I;m from Georgia and my friends husband has lost wieght and di so good,we went to ruby tuesday to eat he put in what he was getting and MFP did the work .,,I was so impressed I had to come and check this out.I spend more time taking care of others then my self ..So here i am and so far my first day was good..even when i thought i ate bad i stayed in my calories .i dont have a phone like he does to keep up with my cal and all...but im on a good start .thanks Michelle
