I use about a half teaspoon of a fruit flavored crystal light in two tablespoons of fat free sour cream to dip my fruit in (grapes, bananas, strawberries). mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

OMG ladies.. thanks for the tips!! What flavors do you use?? I am assuming the peach tea for oatmeal?? I will go right out and buy some. I wanted to start doing the fresh oatmeal versus the packages because they put som uch sugar into the instant packages, even the weight smart one...great ideas!!!!
