My mother-n-law gave me a brand new Body Analyzing Scale today. After I entered all of my info: my personal key #, age, gender, & height, I stood on the scale to weigh. My weight for tonight was 130.6 and it said that my body fat was 16.8%. According to the scale & the booklet that came with it, @ 130.6 pounds, I'm considered to be underweight. But, according to MFP, this is a healthy weight for me & anything under 125 pounds, is considered to be underweight. Does anyone know how accurate these scales are?
