Time for a change

I am a mom of 4 and my youngest is about to be 5 months. Every since I had my oldest who is now 11 I have been depressed about my weight and appearance. Its time for me to work hard at it and loose all this baby fat! If I can get some support and help from other people that would be great!

If anything is going to work it is this site!
I've got a 3 month old and decided to get my A into G and lose the 20kg I put on. I've only got 8kg to go so it just takes a bit of discipline. Stock up on free foods (low calorie foods) and every time you're hungry, just eat! That way you don't feel like you're missing out. No need to go hungry, its just about eating the right foods! In fact just 5 mins ago I got a bit peckish so ate a lite cruskit with some cottage cheese and tomato. YUM!0
