Hey fellow slouchers! Want to avoid the old maid's hump and have beautiful posture??? Well, I don't have all the answers, but I want to start a challenge. For the next two week, lets join together to remind ourselves of the ABC's of good posture and share any tips, tricks, and most of all great exercises for improving posture. And try at least 1 posture improving exercise a day...
I know I tend to slouch causing my shoulders to round out and sag, my stomach to pooch out and my butt to flatten...all things I want to change. I once heard of the ABC's to good posture and here they are:
A: ABS: Suck them in
B: BUTT: Tuck it under and hold it in.
C: CHEST: Stick your chest out with your shoulders back and down.
Just remembering to do this can be hard.
If you know of any wonderful exercises, please share and let us know how your journey of improving your posture goes!
