Anyone have workout plans that WORK?

    Honestly it is up to you and what your body and endure..I myself love cardio and to incorporate weights.,..I love Spinning Class..this I know will drop pds and tone areas while losing weight. Every other day I like to incorporate circuit training to different areas of the body along with Ab workouts..I hope this helps..
  • I only aim to do Zumbe 4 times a week... depending on the week and how bad my arthritis is determines how much I do. I aim for 45 mins Mon- Fri & Sum and have an hour class on Wed.

    Other than that, walking the dogs every evening, doing housework and cooking all adds up.

    There are plenty of workout plans out there, it's a case of doing something that 1) you enjoy, 2) what works for you and 3) what you can fit into you life.

    I fell in love doing circuit training. Gets your heart pumping and it starts raining sweat everywhere.

    It's all down to you and what suits you best.

    I cycle commute to work, so bag 42 miles a day and go for a club ride at the weekend (65-75+ miles). Sadly I still need to get around to toning the stomach up.
