Are you a doer since joining MFP?

Woke up this morning and did a few dishes. Then went out and worked on leveling my gravel driveway. Later I worked on the garden. Then headed to the gym where I did over 2.5 hours of cardio. Came back home, fixed the water hose, watered some plants, and planted a few more vegetables in the garden. Finished that and practiced my golf swing by whiffing at some plastic golf balls. Went in the house where I fixed supper. Baked some cookies, Oh maybe I shouldn't have said that. Oh well. They were good.
I won't tell you I was sprightly when I finished the cardio. Still I had more energy than the old me. Last year I would have came home from an hour workout and probably skipped supper because I was used up.
Any of you noticed the difference?

You had a busy day! I have definitely noticed a change in my energy level and my moods. I'm much happier and I get a lot more done :happy:0

Yup! I did something last week that I'd never have had the courage to do 8 months ago, picked up the phone and called someone who was advertising for help with their ex race horses. It's things like that for me, and I walk more too now.
At work however, still a lot of CBA!0 -
Welp, I doubt if I have 2 days like that in a row. Still though there never use to be one day like that.0

I have noticed a difference but not to that extent. So tell me more about those cookies ;00

Yes absolutely, or at least I have been a "doer" since joining the gym, MFP came later.
Getting regular exercise has given me heaps of energy and made me feel able to tackle major DIY jobs around the house that I've been putting off for years. As a consequence, I'm looking better but as I have renovations in progress my house is a complete mess!
Still, it will all be worth it in the end.0 -
