Need some advice!

I've been working out faithfully for over three months ( at home, workout dvd) anyway leaving for vacation on Monday, Hawaii so plan to do alot of walking on the beach for exercise. The question is will I lose the muscle tone I have gained by doing my workout since I will not be doing it again until I get home. Will not be able to log on for the time that I am gone and worried about this as Mfp keeps me motivated and accountable, but do not plan on gaining a ton of weight while gone! Please give me your thoughts especially about the muscle tone, have worked so hard to lose weight and tone the muscles don't want to lose it now!

no expet her but i know my workouts get sluggish during TOM and sometimes stop and my muscle stays the same! enjoy your vacation your muscle will be ther when you get home!0
