"Texas de Brasil", all u can eat meat, help!!

Im going to the Texas de Brasil restaurant tonight. (Its an all u can eat meat).
But i cant find any nutrition info on it.
What choices do I make.????
Whats safe to eat without blowing all my calories for the day in one sitting??
HELP!!

    Chicken is usually my first choice.
    Fish as well.
    Steak, in small portions.
    Not sure what your other options are.

    Granted all of this depends on the method of preparation, spices, seasonings, sides, etc. Keep the portions small. Avoid the fatty meats.

    Good luck. Most of those meats are pretty high fat-- I'd estimate about 75 calories per ounce. They serve you about an ounce every time they come by the table. My advice would be to skip the high cal side dishes and just enjoy the meat and salad offerings. Pass on dessert and you shouldn't do too much damage, especially if you can find time to be a little more active over the next couple of days. Bear in mind that it's very high-sodium fare, as well, so if you weigh in tomorrow it will be up quite a bit just due to water weight. Ultimately, enjoy your meal (after all, it's pricey!) and get back on track tomorrow.
