I'm currently on day 5 of level 1 (sometimes doing it twice a day) I was wondering for those who have completed it, when did you begin to see changes? I think i can start to see small changes and people have said that i have lost weight...would be interested to know when i can expect to see real results.

I started noticing a change in my waist line after about a week to two weeks. I did 30 days of level 1 and ended up losing about 7 pounds and several inches. Stick with it--your results are right around the corner! :drinker:

I am just finishing up my last few days of the shred now. I noticed the biggest changes in L2. I would highly recommend taking before/after pictures and measurements so you can really notice the difference. Good luck!

I did the shred and continued after the 30 days too. If Level 1 isn't challenging enough you can watch level 3 and use handweights with a lot of it...that's what I did when I was done with the 30 days and needed a change. My biggest changes where inches and weight came off was when I started Level 3. Now I'm doing Ripped in 30 to lose the rest and tone up! Good luck! I loved the Shred!

I've complete 4 days of level one, and although I don't see any results, I can FEEL muscles in my legs and arms that I didn't know I had! PHEW

My question is when do you switch up to level two. I've been thinking of trying to do 10 days of each level, but I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do. I'm still struggling with the push-ups (even the modified ones)....

I have found that my endurance has improved from day 1 when i was really struggling. I have done level 1 six times and plan to do it two or three more times before moving on... I think you will know when the time is right to go to level 2, dont rush it.

The general rule for switching is after 10 days. 10 Days level 1, 10 Days level 2, 10 Days level 3. But if you feel you're not ready, don't rush into it. I am on Level 1, Day 9. One more tomorrow and I'm trying level 2. I can't do the best push-ups either.
I have lost a total of 3.9 inches from Wednesday to Saturday. Going to re-measure today sometime and see if there's an even bigger difference.

WOW, that's awesome! I haven't measured yet to see the results. I really wish I would have measured myself BEFORE I started my whole healthy new lifestyle... however.... I am fitting back into clothes I've had packed away for the last few years! BONUS :)
