So, this is my introduction. I'm about to be 27 and hoping to lose 20 pounds before then. It's 2 months away so I don't know how feasible it is to do that in a healthy manner. Definitely have learned that I was consuming way too many calories before counting them here. I'm a vegan, generally eat healthy. I have no problem staying under calories but I'm having issues staying under the carbs. Any suggestions?
I have been training capoeira, a brazilian martial art for 2 years. So far, I've lost 25 lbs and kept them off for over a year. These next 20 lbs are proving quite difficult. Weight isnt melting away as I wish it would, and since my body is used to training on a regular basis, I need to work out more frequently.
