Hi All,

I live north of Boston in Tyngsboro, MA. I work with a personal trainer three days a week. We recently shifted my training from building muscle to more focus on weightloss. While I'm certainly not overweight (145) I'd like to slim down a bit (130ish) before adding muscle back. I definately think I need to be doing more cardio and recently added a balance ball chair to my office setting. (Love It!).
