i am also from florida,,,central east coast. I have tried c25k but had a knee injury but would love to start again. anyone want to start with me? I am also on a walking kick where I walk the bridges that go over the intacoastal, Its a 4mile walk with great scenery but this florida weather is a bit hot. Would love some florida friends.0
