Ok I have been searching for a good used or decently priced recumbent for some time. I have a few in my sites if I can get to them before they sell. I have read lots of reviews and I would go test them if there was a place that had them near where I lived. But since there is not this is how I need to go about it. I have looked at the ones online. And have an idea what I would like. However I would like to hear some feedback on some that you have had the chance to use and what you liked or didn't like about them.

Right now I have found a Schwinn 203 and a 213 for the same price. Only one is an hour away and the other is about 4 hours away. I am not sure if the difference of the 213 would be that much greater than the 203 to go that extra distance for it. But the 213 does have a fitness test that I would really like.

Feedback please!!!!:ohwell:

You need to talk to Steff, he's the only one on here who rides a recumbent that I know of and he swears by it. YOu can message him if you want--that might be the best way because he's not been on the boards lately too much. He's caught up in work he said.

Here's his profile and you message him from that:

Thanks shorerider. I am looking at the recumbents for a few reasons but mostly because they are more comfortable. I want to get one very soon and it will get my boys moving when the rainy season starts.

You are talking about bicycles and not stationary exercise bikes though, right? Should have asked that first I guess.
