Identify and Isolate your distractions. Something is stopping you, exactly what is it?
If you workout first thing, even before breakfast, your done, the rest of the day is yours. Don't let yourself sleep in. Get yourself up and going.
I workout 2x on Saturday and 2x on Sunday.
AM cardio
Lunchtime Lifting
Also, plan ahead. If you already have a plan to eat good you have already planned for success. Just have to stick to it.
When I cheat, I plan it out. Low carb for the entire day up to my cheat meal. If I'm not cheating this weekend, I don't cheat. Period. No excuses.
So what distracts you? What takes your attention away from the task at hand?0 -
I make it a point to plan weekend outdoor activities like hiking. If I'm busy doing that then I'm burning calories and also won't have the time or inclination to eat the wrong things. Maybe you should try planning group outings for your friends where you're kept busy and won't be tempted by food if that's the issue.0
