HEALTHY!! That's right according to the BMI (no matter how outdated or unrealiable it might be) it finally said I am healthy with an exact reading of 25.0 which is the highest I should be for my height.

I am so happy to finally have reached this point. Just 16 months ago I was obese.

    Congrats! Even though I follow bf% I still want that healthy status for my BMI as well. I'm no bodybuilder so I should be able to have both say healthy.
