I love fruit, but as we all know fruit can add extra sugar to our diets. I've noticed that I tend to go over my daily sugar requirement due to the types of fruits I choose. I went on the hunt for a list of fruits catagorized by the sugar content, and this is what I came up with. Hope this helps someone...its been a jewel for me!
