Hello, I just joined yesterday. I have always been the same size my whole life but, for some reason since November 2010 i started to put on weight. I have gained 15 pounds from then till now. I dont understand it i eat the same do everything the same as i always have done. So i figured if i try and get a hold of it now it wont get any worse.

Welcome Kristi! I am in the same boat that you are. I just joined this site last Wednesday and I am so glad that I did. Just seeing not only how many calories that you're consuming, but how many macros (fats, proteins and carbs) you're consuming is also great and really gives you a reality check. Once you starting logging the stuff in, you'll be amazed. I've lost three pounds since my last weigh in on Sunday, so we'll see how it goes.
