too many calories left

my dinner from my dairy consist of about 390calories and I have done a bit of exervise today which has increased the remaining calories from about 500 up to 900.. I really dont know what else I can include for my dinner, any suggestions guys

    I agree. Almonds are very high in calories - snack on them throughout the day and that should make up for your lost cals.

    Nuts, nut butters, seeds, milk, juice, avocado, add olive oil to whatever you are having etc.

    If you are not under 1200 then not so much of a worry but if under you should have something. Protien and Fiber are the best choices.
