too many calories left

my dinner from my dairy consist of about 390calories and I have done a bit of exervise today which has increased the remaining calories from about 500 up to 900.. I really dont know what else I can include for my dinner, any suggestions guys

I agree. Almonds are very high in calories - snack on them throughout the day and that should make up for your lost cals.0 -
Nuts, nut butters, seeds, milk, juice, avocado, add olive oil to whatever you are having etc.0

If you are not under 1200 then not so much of a worry but if under you should have something. Protien and Fiber are the best choices.0
