Need advice

I have been on Nutrisystem for a month now. I joined myfitnesspal because I am not seeing the results that I expected to have. I have been logging my food, drinks, and exercise for 4 days now. On the days I workout I haven't been eating my re-added calories. After reading the links advised for "newbies" and see this could be why I have only lost 4.6 pounds in 28 days. Here is my problem, I don't know which food calories to re-add. Any suggestions? Some days myfitnesspal says I need to re-add over 600 calories (I do tae bo for 45 min and then sometimes walk at a brisk pace for 45 min - an hour). I wear a heart rate/ calorie monitor so I know what I am burning. I have about 18 pounds to go until I hit my goal weight.
Thanks so much!

Thank you..I thought so, too. But the scale has not moved in 2 weeks. With working really hard and seeing no movement on the scale (except a fluctuation of 2 pounds UP due to water weight) I am getting pretty discouraged. I'm willing to eat more, I just want to make sure I am combining the right foods.0

Did you measure yourself too? You might find a change shifting in your body without losing any lbs. The scale is not a big deal. I fluctuate 2 to 5 lbs a day.0

Losing 4.6 lbs is awesome! Congrats!! Have you been taking your measurements? Sometimes you may be losing inches, but not lbs for a bit! I would keep track of measurements because that is what counts! How are you like taebo? I do something similar to taebo called TurboJam (and there's a more intense one call TurboFire)! It is sooo much fun! It is a lot more of the dancey type movies (with a kickboxing), which makes it a lot of fun while getting an amazing workout!!0

I just started measuring 2 days ago so I don't know how many I've lost. How often should I measure?
I love the tae bo. I have 10 different workout dvds that I alternate along with the weighted resistance bands. I tried the turbo jam and I did not like itI'm not into the dance type workouts. With tae bo fat blastin cardio I can burn up to 700 cals in 45 minutes!! and for hours after I am still burning at a fast rate.
Thanks for the encouragementWhat types of foods do you guys eat when re-adding exercise calories--in the line of low g.i. carbs, protein, and dairy?
