I've been an on-again off-again member. I don't have a lot of weight to lose - I'd love to lose 20, but 10-15 will make me happy. I am a 46 yo married woman - 2 grown children. I became a runner at age 37, but started slacking off a bit the last year or so, and about 10 pounds snuck up on me. In Feb. I was diagnosed with a DVT (blood clot in my thigh) and I was completely laid up for about 8 weeks. I started getting some mobility back, but nowhere near where I was. I gained another 14 lbs. I've since managed to get more active and between reduced swelling and increased activity 11 pounds have come off. I just started Turbo Fire yesterday in hopes that I can shake the rest. Between that and the discipline it takes to log every piece of food I put in my mouth, I hope I am on my way!
