Hi my name is Ashely and I'm new to the site. I've never done anything like this before and I have wanted to lose weight for a while just couldn't find a way to make myself stick to it. I hope to do much better with this tool. :smile: Any suggestions?

    Hi Im new also, my suggestion is to stick with it and be honest and patient with yourself! This app rocks!

    I'm starting fresh today. I originally started using this site in March. It is VERY helpful! I lost a few pounds, but then life got SO VERY BUSY, I lost my motivation.

    Here I am 3 months later, starting again 2 pounds heavier than when I started in March.

    I've always struggled with my weight, but two years ago I became determined and started running. That did it. Running and eating right brought me to my goal weight! I kept it off for over a year, but then moved from CO to TX.

    I hated the TX heat and humidity, so I stopped running. I've lived here since Aug and I weigh 15 pounds MORE than when I moved, yes, gained 15 pounds in only 9 months.

    I recently joined a gym and I'm starting the "couch to 5K" this week. I am traveling home to visit family this summer and I don't want to go looking like this!

    Any suggestions/encouragement is GLADLY appreciated. I need support this time around!!:happy:
