Before summer (and my wedding) i was doing so well! I was down to almost my goal weight. Now that summer is over, I started back at the gym, although inconsistently, I am still eating in excess... now i am about 11 pounds up.
I find myself thinking about food so much.,.. then binging!

I don't mean to be too light hearted but you got yourself there before so you know what you have to do: recommit to your success and keep things consistent. And today is day 1 so forgive your previous self and just start fresh.

who hasn't been there. I dropped from 238 to 200 and now gained 26 lbs back and finally am loosing again.
It's hard to stay on track. But sometimes I tell m,y self, " I am allergic"......
That way the thought of eating something bad for me actually turns my stomach....0
