Dumbbell Exercise Chart.

Hey guys. I want to incorporate dumbbells into my routine. I need some kind of chart or routine to do. But I have no idea what i should do when and etc. Can anyone point me to the direction of some information!?!?! Thanks:)

    What are you looking to do? Tone up? At home? In the gym? what side of the fence do you believe in light weights a crap load of reps...heavy weights light reps?

    I want to tone up. At home. And I think lighter weights, I think the ones I have are 3lbs?....

    I have never done this but one of that ladies here that walks she always walks with 3lb weights she is in her 60's and her arms look amazing she just pumps and walks
