This is irrelevant to your question, but I noticed your starting weight was similar to mine. I started at 236 and am currently at 229. You've lost a great amount of weight and I too would like to reach the 135 lb area. How are you losing weight so well? I exercise as much as I can, eat tons of fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, high protein meats like chicken breast and tuna. I don't deprive myself though of the foods I'm used to eating because if I do so, then I'll likely fail. I've been there too many times! I watch my portions and am making a better effort every day. Any tips to help me?

Well, I do walk alot..just about everyday. Sometimes ill throw in some Wii Fit, some cardio/sculpt DVDs..I've been working on my weight loss for over a year, so it does take time. I really pushed in the beginning, now im still pushing, but not as much. Just walking an hour or more a day...as for foods, I also watch portion control..I try to eat every few hours to keep me fueled, drink plenty of water on most days..I have days once in a while where I go a little crazy on calories, but otherwise I'm good.

Well, Fridays are my normal weekly weigh-in days. I didn't lose any weight this week, but I did decrease my body fat %, so I'm counting this as a successful week!

What are your normal weigh-in days? I anyone wants to post it up here, I can track everyone's weekly loss for the next 10 weeks and keep a running tally...
