Black Bean Mango Salad

This is soooooo good! I think so anyway. I've made it twice now. It's a GREAT summer salad!

1 mango - peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 c. italian dressing (fat free or low fat)
2 15 oz cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm red pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

In food processor or blender, mix 1/4 c. mango with dressing
In large bowl, combine remaining mango with beans, onion, peppers
Add mango puree
Salt and pepper to taste

Delicious to eat by itself or with tortilla chips.

I have this recipe in MY recipes but I don't know how to add it for everyone to see??

    I tried to copy and paste the info from my recipe on here but it didn't work. But it's 4 servings and each serving has 281 calories. If need more info, let me know.
