No. I might have when I was younger and really didn't know any better. But I do think that people can learn, or be a natural at reading people.

I have a really good friend who used to work for the FBI in helping to find people. He can touch objects that the person owned or touched and he gets images about the person. Now, he is a really great guy and I think he can do somethings, but I think he is still reading a person. Only once has he really impressed me, the other accounts I think could apply to many people.

I used to really enjoy watching Ghost Hunters, until I realized that granted it's a tv show and just how much of this could be set up, but there are so many things tht can be explained, and I really don't believe that they are ever going to really be able to catch anything. I think that if something does happen, it's because it's personal between the spirit or ghost and the person who sees them.

I had a very specific thing happen to me right after my aunt and uncle were killed in a car accident. But I don't think I can see ghosts, or at the time I didn't live in a haunted house either. It was a specific moment in time and happened because my relationship with them.

I know a psychic. He's a great guy, and like pecksun said, he can read people really well. Though, I had to laugh, when he asked if two friends of mine (one male, one female) were an item - one of whom is gay. So, no, I don't - but I don't think they are all scam artist either. I think some of them just help people make decisions and have good hearts.

I'm not sure. I know some times I'll have a dream that seems very real then later I'll have the dream happen.

Here's an example. Last year we were looking at this house to rent, but ended up not renting it. A few months later I had a very real dream where we were at that house and my husband and I were pushing a mini donkey into a pen and he said something and I said something. I woke up and was like "wow, that was just so real, but no way that will ever happen because we don't live there and there is no way we are getting a donkey." Well we ended up moving to that house this summer and my son ended up buying a donkey for a quarter, and I thought nothing about it until my hubby and I were pushing this mini donkey into a pen and he said exactly what he said in the dream and so did I and I was like "wow I had a dream exactly like this last year"

So I'm not saying I'm a psychic, because I don't know when some one is going to get hit by a car or something, but I have this dream thing happen quite a bit, but I never dream anything exciting, like where some bank robbers hid some cash or anything like that.

I believe in the spirit realm, there are many in the Christain Faith that have a prophetic gift which is the gift to tell of what is to come. I think some "psychics" may have tapped into the spirit realm and the source of their abilities aren't from Christ. Now I think the majority are scam artists who are really good at putting pieces together.

i'll agreee with that, i believe in a great many things that can't be explained by the physical world, but most are just good at cold reading

I believe in the possibility (or at least I'd like to) that there are people who have a gift or can use their minds in a way that the rest of us can't. After all, we have these HUGE brains and use very little. Maybe that's how you explain genius or visionaries among us.

However, I've never seen or heard of a psychic that I beleived. By definition, if they are on TV or the radio, I think they are con artists. Some of the stuff on TV is just sheer bunk!

If there's anything that science has taught me in my years, its that I can't possibly claim to know everything about the universe. For all I know, it exists out there and I can't deny it. I can say though, that while I'm really good at reading people, I'm no psychic. But I mean, I've seen ghosts before, so if they can exist, why not?
