I was able to log in and record my loss of 5.2 for June 8th.
That's a lot of weight which surprised me! But I think it's because it's my first week on MFP and after eating to bad for so long, a week of eating well and exercising really paid off.0 -

Sounds great to me! I just started a week ago today so Wednesdays are my normal weigh in. I've lost 7 lbs since I started last Wednesday! 5 lbs was water retention. LOL0

I didn't lose anything this past week. I'm pretty sure I am bloated because of my TOM. So we'll see next week. At least I didn't gain anything! Good luck everyone0

I lost another 1.2 pounds since last week...I thought I was stuck at 138 forever!! Woo Hoo....only 2 more pounds til I reach my mini goal of 135 by 07/25 and 7 pounds until my ultimate goal of 130...I'm happy!!0

That's AWESOME!!! I haven't weighed myself this week yet...I think I am going to start weighing myself every other week. But I think we should do another challenge!! This group really motivated me and kept me accountable!! Especially logging my weight loss into the google doc!! I only have 2 more lbs to my mini goal!! WOOP WOOP0
