June Walking Challenge!

Found this on Facebook on PHAT Girl on a Diets page!

WEEK 1 (June 1-8) 210 min/week = 30 min/day
WEEK 2 (June 9-15) 280 min/week = 40 min/day
WEEK 3 (June 16-22) 315 min/week = 45 min/day
WEEK 4 (June 23-29) 350 min/week = 50 min/day

Total: 1155 minutes walking for June!!

Who all wants to do the challenge?!

    I walked/ran/biked 204 miles in May. Now jumping in June. goal is 2000 jumps. What have I set myself up for? Good luck for your challenge!:wink:
