Use the one provided by mfp. It calculates the cals, fat, protein etc per serving. Its along the top bar under the headings bar.

i usually just use the mfp recipe calculator as well... easy to use, under food then recipes... the only draw back is it doesnt tell you how big your batch is; so what i do is when my food is done being cooked, i measure it out to see how many cups the batch is, and then in the recipe section when it asks for number i servings, i enter in how many cups as the serving... that way its easy for me to say 1 serving is 1 cup, and I had 2 servings, or 1, or what not based on what i put in my bowl.

Example if that was confusing---this weekend i bbq'ed. I made greek pasta salad... I in put all my ingredients percisely. then once it was all mixed together i measured it out and it was 18 cups. I then went back on mfp and changed the serving to 18 people; that way when I in put that food in my diary, i could say i had 1 serving at 1 cup. I also made guacamole, put it in the system, measured it out, and it was 2 cups worth. I put in that it would be for 8 people, making each serving 1/4 cup.

The great thing is that you can use the recipe next time and never have to enter it again. When you go to enter your food in your diary, instead of searching the database u just go to your recipe tab and find the recipe.

Hint: In the title of your recipe, put how many cups one serving is, that way in case you forget that your serving is only 1/4 of a cup and not a full cup, the info will be right there, easy to remember. For me I put it like this "Homemade Guacamole, 1/4 cup per serving", "Greek Pasta Salad, 1 cup per serving".
