I need some help with this. I started a new job three weeks ago. My previous job was a desk job. I was sitting on my butt all day. I had my activity level at sedentary and worked out and was doing pretty good. I was so excited to get a new job, that was not a desk job. I am a manager in training at a restaurant. I am on my feet 10 hrs a day now. I was looking forward to the change in activity thinking it would boost my calorie burn and help me lose a little more weight for a little while until my body got used to it. I have been working real hard at watching what I eat at work so that it doesn't negate the added actvity. I set my activity to moderately active instead of active, but I have not noticed any change in weight loss.

Do you think I am eating too little for the activity change? I haven't had much time for exercise, so maybe I am eating too much? My diary is public.

Thanks in advance

What about fluids? Make sure you are still getting plenty of fluids and not too much sodium....

You're eating a lot of processed foods and it's killing you with sodium. Try to cut back on the processed foods and see if that helps a bit.
