    LOL! I always used to hate informercials or advertisements that showed Before & Afters with the person neutral before, and beaming with a huge smile after, and cynically thought it was done to make the person look even better in the after. I made a conscious decision to not smile - but trust me, I'm smiling all the time now! :)

    how many carbs a day/meal do you do and will you readjust or have you readjusted at different points now that you are a different weight and size.
