Greetings friends! I have a question for y'all:
My job requires me to drive a van for 5 hours and sit quietly at a desk for another 3 (I share an office with a psychotherapy group). When I get home, my brain is so numb from all the driving that I can't bring myself to exercise. Does anybody have suggestions on how I can keep myself from vegetating after work? Or if you have any suggestions on how to make a drive more physically engaging, that'd be great too!
Thanks so much, and keep being awesome!
