Calories burned pulling a wagon?

I walk to the grocery store, pulling an empty wagon for half an hour, at a fairly slow pace - I limp on a bad foot. Then I pull it back, with 50-70 pounds of groceries, partly uphill. I can feel it in my back. shoulders ( I switch arms to work them both), and legs, so I know I am working something. How can I figure out how much I burn?

I guess I would label them as two different exercises. A half hour of slow paced walking (you could probably add your grocery shopping time to this) and then cardio for the amount of time it took for you to get home.0
