Tortilla Pizza
Smart & Delicious High Fiber Low Carb tortillas
All Natural Nonna Lena's Pesto (or use tomato sauce with basil & oregano)
Provolone & mozzarella cheese
Green pepper
Sweet onion
Ham
Mushrooms
(Use your favorite toppings, these are only suggestions)
Pam non-stick spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray both sides of the tortillas with Pam, and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 450 degrees. (To slightly brown & crisp the tortilla)
Add the sauce & toppings and bake for 5-7 minutes until hot & cheese is melted.
