Wow! You had about the same starting and your weight now is what I want to be!!! You look great and did it in such a short time! You are an inspiration to me because I'm still around your starting weight and if my body looks like yours when 20 pounds is gone I will be oh so happy

Great job! What is your workout routine like??!!
I work out at least 6 times a week. I've been working out hard for 3+ years, but I never watched what I ate, so all that weight I lost was just basically from counting my calories (as sad as that is).
but what I do at the gym is usually varies
here is what a typical week looks like for cardio:
monday: Run 4 miles about 40 min.
Tuesday: Run 1 mile normal, run 2nd mile with interval training ( sprint 30 sec., walk 1 min, repeate) then elliptical on fat burner mode for 20 min
Wednesday: Run 3 miles about 27 min. then elliptical on fat burner for 20
Thursday: Run 2 miles. Stair master for 20 min
Friday: interval running for 30 min (sprints and walking)
Saturday: maybe go hiking outside
I find that it's more important to watch what I eat than how hard I work out because working out REALLY increases my (and most people's) appetite.0 -
