Plan for tomorrow

Gym, No Tan, Laundry.

(Oh yeah, and no junk food either.)

    1. Drive 40 miles one way to take kids to dentist.
    2. Work a half-day.
    3. TRY to catch up on laundry and housework.
    4. Work out (in Push phase of ChaLEAN Extreme).

    They both have dental work that has to remain in place for 2+ years until their adult teeth grow in, so the dentist wants us to keep coming back there because they're familiar with what was done.

    I'm surprised I've stuck with the workouts for this long! When I started I was using 5 lb. dumbbells; now I'm using 20s.

    1. 30 Day Shred and 2 mile run.
    2. Shop for an anniversary gift for my hubby.
    3. Take dinner to a lady from church.
    4. Plant some flowers.

    (in no particular order)
    1) do dishes that have pilled up
    2) laundry
    3)take kids to the park (about a 45 minute walk)
    4) work out
    5)walk to post office to check mail
    6) no over eating
    7) try to be the best mommy i can
