So I was brushing my teeth this morning after the shower(after the shower is an important detail), and I noticed that as I vigorously brushed, I didn't have anything(above the waste) jiggle. I'm so used to feeling it all jiggle, but I honestly couldn't see or feel it, hopefully it's gone for good.

    haha. I had a friend once tell me that the way he gauges if he is fat is by jumping up and down in front of the mirror, and if stuff jiggles, then he was fat. hahaha kind of ridiculous, but I must say it was funny!
