I've lost nothing in my boobs! Lucky me :) If anything they appear bigger since the rest of me has shrunk. And no, they aren't silicone! Just an encouragement for those who fear losing their assets, it doesn't always happen. All depends on the way you lose the weight, muscling etc. Stronger muscles definitely help.

I seem to be the rare one whose boobs have not shrunk during weight loss. I'm approaching 30 lbs gone, and my boobs are still G/GG (I thought they were DD back when I refused to get measured). My cinch, however, has gone down from 36 to 32. This has made finding bras my size near impossible and never cheap.

I have so far gone from 38D to 36C. My underboob measurement has shrunk a ton and my boobs slightly less so, so I gained a cup! Woo! But they don't look great any more.

I went from a 40E (tight) at my biggest, to a 34F in February, to a 34E in April, and am now a 34DD. I still have a long way to go, and have really noticed that they are deflating quite rapidly... O_O Exercise especially appears to be encouraging this, but I don't want to quit exercising so if they really do get small maybe I'll be investing in padded bras! It's nice not to have to buy bras from specialist brands though :)

I hope that I lose a cup size or two. I'm short with big boobs.

i have never been worried about getting too small up top... until now. lol. after i had my son i was breastfeeding and when i went to get bras i got measured and was told i'd have to special order my 34F's! then i stopped breast feeding and went back to a 36DD which was my norm now i'm in a 36D that's too big around the band and the cups are kinda big... bra shopping time it is :( i've always been big and it's weird being a normal size. well we will see if i'm normal. i measured my band the other day and it's a 34 now.

I think it really depends on your body. For me, I'm a 32DD, and I don't think it'll change too much because 1) I don't have that much weight too lose, and 2) my boobs have been this size since I was about 13 or 14. They didn't really seem to get any bigger when i put on the 20 pounds that i'm trying to lose now. My older sister on the other hand, always had smaller boobs than I did when we were teenagers, but if she gains a little weight her boobs get huge. She always complains that she doesn't get to keep them when she gets in better shape. So I think a lot depends on your natural boob size, and where you store fat when you gain weight. As another example, a good friend of mine has always been about an A cup, despite the fact that her weight has fluctuated up and down about 50-70 pounds in the time I've known her.

I don't know if that helps, but I think that the moral of the story is that the body is going to do what it's gonna do, so try not to stress!

I've lost a little over 20 lbs and I haven't dropped a bra size yet but I can definitely feel that my current size fits better (it was getting very tight) and I may drop soon. Doing strength exercises to build up your pectoral muscles can help a lot. Breasts have a lot of fat so losing some is inevitable when losing weight overall but building the muscle underneath can help keep them firm and looking bigger.

Was a 44DD, now a 40D, and shrinking! I like the smaller band size, but not the smaller cup size. I liked my "big girls". They are just kind of deflating, not getting smaller in a nice tightening way. boo!

The only thing that has changed with mine is the number - because I've lost weight and am smaller around. I'm super happy the cup size hasn't changed. :) I did have a breast reduction in 2005 and went from a 38DDD/F to a 38C or 40C. I am now wearing a 36C in some brands (on the last - smallest- hook) and a 34C in some brands (on the last - largest - hook). The bra I wore on my first day at the gym was a 40C on the middle hook. The bra I have on today is a 36C on the last - smallest - hook. I paid a lot for these bras and intend to wear them until they are just too big. lol.

Happened to me too... I'm now at a 32B from a 42DD at my heaviest. I'm getting implants probably within the next year so I'm not sweating it. :)

I am having the opposite affect. I have lost 40lbs and I am still the same band and cup size as I was before weight loss. I feel defeated and depressed. I don't want to lose more than one cup size but I definitely want to lose the fat around my chest and back.

lol the girls who lost their breasts are sad and the girls who can't lose their breasts are sad.....

I have big girls and want them to go down DESPERATELY. I feel like they just make me look bigger overall! I am going to start really looking at my fat and sugar intake (along w sodium as always) and see if this makes a difference.. I'm like 28.5 lbs down and my boobs HAVE shrunk a little (I can tell bc my bras are a little too big) but not enough for my liking

I am one of those who just have huge boobs regardless. My sister, at 118 lbs still wears a 34 D. I'm at 129 lbs and though I am still a D cup, I have noticed the back bands on my bras getting a little large. I think I could probably stand to move down to a 32 D instead of 34. Now in terms of the cup, I have noticed that I don't spill over as much. I'm fitting in there a bit more comfortably. But sadly they have not shrunk.

I went from a very tight and uncomfortable 40 D to a now-loose 36 D. I didn't want to loose any boobage at first, but then I remembered that even smaller boobs would still look bigger up against a smaller overall body. And that's what I'm sticking with.
