I recently just got out of hospital and I am quite weak, but I am tired of gaining weight back due to not being able to hit gym like I used to. What are some short easy workouts I can do indoors that wont wear me out too bad yet will burn calories.
I am currently every 15minutes doing a minute of jump rope. But that doesnt burn much plus i get light headed easily from it. Anything else people can recommend?

Exercise bike, you are sitting which is good if you are feeling weak but it burns a lot of calories too0

Yoga is a good exercise. You're relaxed, stretching, and burning calories. Doesn't burn a whole lot, but it's something to do. There should be some yoga videos on the internet such as youtube and exercisetv.tv. I do the yoga videos on exercisetv lol
You can also work on abs and toning too. There are a bunch of videos for that0
