Can I rotate the 30 Day Shred with No More Trouble Zones?

Hi there,
I am new to this whole work out DVD thing and I would like to know if I can do one day of the 30 day shred with 25 minutes of cardio at the gym. Then the next day do 25 minutes at the gym with the no more trouble zones DVD, and alternate between the two. and on rest days just do the shred. Would that get me results? or does anyone have any better ideas??? I'm sooo done with this muffin top!!! lol. Thanks guys

That will definitely get you results! I rotated the 30 Day Shred 45 minutes at the gym (pretty inconsistently, I might add :happy:) and still got results. Good luck!0

That's completely okay to rotate between the 30 day shred and going to the gym. But don't work too hard, and take a rest day sometime. Like once a week. You need it to let your body rest and let your muscles repair itself and grow. Good luck on getting rid of that muffin top! (:0

I'm restarting the 30DS (previously got to half way through round 2 and then got side tracked). I'm going on holiday on 24 June so just about enough time to get most of it in. I am also going to try and do Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but this is sooooo much longer than the 30DS. Have only done it 3 times so far :-(
What I really wanna try and do is 30DS in the morning before work and then BFBM in the evenings or at least take the dog for a walk. I have to leave for work at 6.45 though so I really don't have much time. And I am rubbish at early morning starts. this HAS to change though.
I'm sure whatever else you do on top of 30DS will get you results. For the short time i did it before, I definitely saw results. Especially in my bum which was marvellous!! :-)
