I went to college, and i gained teh freshman 40 and starting to look more like a shape than a person lol.
i Have an upbeat attitute most of the time but the fact i dont like looking like a shape..isntead of a person so i
deicded to diet so i dont look so puggy lol.

I been playing usually an hour of DDR becasue i dont like working out infront of others. if anyone has any good tips for a diet
im open ears :)

    Main trick is I have found is be honest with yourself and be willing to work that extra nine yards to meet your targets and goals.

    Hi Logan! It's great to hear you're going to start a healthy diet and lose weight, joining the rest of the MFP people. Lol

    Some important tips I suggest is that you should start doing other workouts too. Such as going to the gym or starting a workout plan, do workout videos such as p90, etc. Explore a little. Also, you should eat around 1,200 - 1,300 calories a day at least. This is in the range of weight loss and it's important not to under eat or over eat. Start getting into whole wheat foods, fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Do a bit of research about things like this and you'll catch on soon enough.
    Sorry I didn't get into much details, I'm a bit of a newbie myself and it's quite late where I live. Good luck on dropping those pounds and never give up!
