In need of some good make ahead and freeze recipes...
If anyone can recommend any good make ahead and freeze recipes, I'd greatly appreciate it. I work 12 hour shifts, 4 days a week and by the time my off days come along, I'm too tired to cook everyday. So, I'm looking for some good, healthy recipes.

Spaghetti sauce (meat or veggie) is always good for freezing!! I usually go by my mom's recipe and use lean ground beef, onion, 1 can of tomato paste and 2 cans of crushed or chopped tomatoes, sometimes mushrooms, a little worcester sauce, and (the secret ingredient) a little bit of marinated sun dried tomatoes! Spaghetti sauce usually freezes well and heats up while you cook the noodles!
*edit* goes well with whole wheat or spinach noodles (and cuts back on cals)! NOM NOM!0
