Hit my goal weight during 30 Day Shred

I have just completed the 30 Day Shred - it took me 32 days to get through the 30 workouts cause I missed a couple of days, although on two days I did two workouts to make some of this back up. Aside for the DVD I only did a handful of sessions on the elliptical/exercise bike and did a few gentle walks though I was very careful with staying at or just under my calorie goals.
I am very happy with my results. I am feeling a lot stronger and can visually see a difference in my body. I didn't lose a lot of weight - though I had less than a kilo to go to get to my goal weight when I started and I hit that part way through and switched to maintenance calories. I am thrilled with the inches lost particularly the 4.5cm (1.8 inches) that I lost off my hips and the 2cm (0.8 inche) that I lost off each arm and each thigh.
I can't recommend this program enough - for such a short workout it has produced amazing results for me.

Thanks. At a few points along the way I took a couple of random measurments and knew I'd definitely lost from my hips but even I was surprised when I did a full set of measurements after workout 30.0
