Ive gone over my Protein by about 60.
is this okay or should i have a smaller peice of chicken

I always try and reach my protein goal or go over. Protein is good for staying lean so I *think* it's fine to go over0

I was going over my protein every day. I changed my settings to up my protein percentage. Protein is great to help build muscle when you are working out.0
