    Hi, I'm originally from North Yorkshire, now in Lancashire. Been on mfp since Jan as I was hoping to get "fit for 40" and I'm now just about at my target weight, having finally shifted what I've been trying and failing to for about 10 years.
    Quite a few on my friends list have gone a bit quiet, so please feel free to add, and I'll have a quick nosey through and add a few of you too.

    meeeeeeee! I live about 20minutes from Cardiff! I did lose 41lbs using MFP but put 10lbs back on while studying for my final year of my degree! I'm feeling determined and motivated now to shift it again!

    My family immigrated to the States when I was 5 1/2, but my extended family is all in England still. My aunt, uncle, and Gran are all in Kent. :-) I visited for the first time in a decade last year. I <3 and miss England so, so much.

    I'll be there, (Canterbury/Whitstable) come September! I'm just getting started on the community board portion too, so it would be helpful to have new friends added! I'll for sure need help with familiarizing myself with healthy products, as the only ones I know by heart are thing's like Hob Nobs :)
