I don't know if less angry is what I am but definitely feel tons better and find that I'm happier in general.

Not me...I like to merge into the background full stop but even more so when bigger so mild mannered is the best way to achieve that.

I'm under terrible stress at work these days plus have a broken heart, and as a result gained 5 lbs on a tiny frame..... so I have been consumed with ANGERRRRRRRR! After a visit to my wonderful doctor, who encouraged me to work out much more intensely at the gym, I am getting a lot more calm! Losing inches all over my body and FINALLY starting to lose the weight makes me less angry at myself. When I am working out, I feel sooooo much more in control of my negative emotions - thank you Dr. Hops for prescribing THE best medicine EVER!

i agree with that statement as well. I feel much more relaxed also. The tension of getting up and looking at the scale or mirror with regret is gone. It got to the point with me I wouldnt even look into a mirror.

I have a really short fuse if I'm hungry, so I'm not any less angry until I stop trying to eat less!

I'm definately a million times more happier! I really understand that stress can cause weight gain...I put on 10lbs finishing my psychology degree. However, I'm back at it now with a vengeance and feeling extremely positive...exercise really does work wonders. :flowerforyou:

This last year and a half has been the most stressful time in my life. I don't know if loosing weight has helped make me less angry, but I do feel better about myself and find working out definately lowers my stress level, therefore making me calmer.

I think this may be an issue of correlation rather than causation.
