I was on here a lot before and then over the summer i gained the weight back and never kept track of what i was eating but now summers over and im ready to get back in gear and ive been doing good the past couple days!!!! so my goal is 15 lbs by halloween!!!

can i have some support?:tongue:

    Can I hitch a ride? I better get on now before winter weight hits me! I hit a discouraging plateau a few months ago and giving up on this site and all your support did me no good! duh!
    Now I'm back and I need motivation!
