So I went out into the factory to get some water & one of the gals that works out there came up to me & said that she thought I looked really good. That she had been talking to another lady I know out there & she had told her I had lost 45 lbs. She just wanted to stop me & let me know she noticed & asked what I had been doing. Of course, I had to give my props to MFP!!

Funny how a little gesture or compliment can just make someone else's day. I think that should be a goal for everyone today, say something nice to someone out of the blue. You never know what it will truly do for them. Maybe they are having a bad day or rough patch & you alone could turn things around for them by just saying something nice. I know, it just happened to me!

That is awesome. I think it shows that if we can make give one compliment a day then we can see it spread. It doesn't cost anything but a few moments of your time. :flowerforyou:
