to blog or not to blog

How do you decide whether you're going to blog about your efforts to get healthier? I've done a few, and I do have a web site that has nothing to do with weight loss, but I don't regularly blog here. I've been going a little back and forth on it, wondering if the added accountability of blogging it will be a positive thing or if it'll make me feel too stressed.

I was wondering the same thing. I don't have another blog however!

I am thinking that it might hold me more accountable and will be a good way to let off some aggravation.

    What do others think?

My blog about my weight loss journey has done an amazing job at keeping me motivated and accountable. Not to mention the fact that one of my karate instructors reads it daily and will call me out when I slip. (Love that.)

I also do some vlogs on youtube. I find it to be a wonderful way to connect with others and they help keep me going.

shrinkingninja.wordpress.com and ShrinkingNinja on youtube if anyone is interested.
